Ongoing Operation and Support
The Autopilot product subscription provides the ongoing operation and support arrangement. Its scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed as part of the engagement.

When Priorities Need Investigation
The Business Efficiency Assessment examines work, systems and administrative effort, providing prioritised opportunities, an indicative business case and a staged roadmap. The AI Diagnostic separately examines AI readiness and provides a costed roadmap.

How do we know whether an existing workflow fits?
Discovery establishes the outcome, process and systems involved. We then map those requirements to existing Autopilot workflows and agree what implementation is needed.
What if part of the requirement needs custom technology?
An engagement can combine Autopilot with custom-built technology through Adaca AI Pods. Discovery establishes which parts can use existing workflows and which require a custom build.
Do we need to buy an assessment first?
No. Discovery starts every engagement. The Business Efficiency Assessment and AI Diagnostic are separate, optional analyses where further investigation is needed.
What happens after implementation?
Ongoing operation and support continue through the Autopilot product subscription. The scope and commercial arrangements are agreed alongside implementation. If the engagement also includes AI Pods, an SLA can cover the custom technology.
