Adaca AI Pods
Custom-built technology around your business requirements. Experienced engineers use AI and Adaca’s tooling to build, integrate and verify the solution, with ongoing operation and support under an SLA.
Define the Technology the Work Needs
AI Pods delivers custom technology for the requirements established in discovery. The starting point can be a new brief, an existing application or a process that the current systems do not support.
We review the systems, users and delivery requirements before agreeing the scope. Where an existing workflow fits, Adaca Autopilot can cover that part of the engagement.
From Requirements to a Verified Build
The implementation follows an agreed scope and measures of success. Testing checks the solution against those requirements, with your sign-off before launch.
Discover
Review the intended outcome, existing brief or system, and the processes the technology needs to support.
Map the Solution
Identify the custom technology required and where existing Autopilot workflows can meet part of the need.
Agree the Work
Agree scope, responsibilities, commercial arrangements and measures of success, including ongoing support.
Implement and Verify
Build and integrate the solution, test against the requirements and obtain your sign-off before launch.
Operate and Support
Continue operation and support under a service-level agreement (SLA).
Custom Software and Integration
The technical work is shaped around the systems and processes the solution needs to support. Delivery leadership, design, engineering, integration and handover responsibilities are agreed for the engagement.
Our custom software development page explains the engineering approach and relevant work. For example, Adaca built a custom logistics dashboard for Cora Group, bringing customer, consignment and delivery performance data into one view.
Operation and Support After Launch
Ongoing operation and support are arranged through an SLA. Its scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed alongside the implementation work.
An engagement that also uses Autopilot can include both an SLA and the product subscription. How We Charge explains how implementation and ongoing arrangements are agreed.
Discovery Before Implementation
An existing brief is useful, but discovery still establishes the requirements and current state. Where more investigation is needed, the Business Efficiency Assessment or AI Diagnostic can provide a scoped analysis.
Neither assessment is a compulsory purchase before a build. Explore the assessments or review the situations on Problems We Solve.
Common Questions
Can we bring an existing brief or application?
Yes. Discovery can start with an existing brief or build. We establish the intended outcome, current state and requirements before agreeing the implementation work.
Does custom-built technology have to include AI?
AI Pods uses experienced engineers, AI and Adaca’s tooling to deliver custom technology. Whether AI is part of the finished solution depends on the agreed requirements.
Can AI Pods work alongside Autopilot?
Yes. Existing Autopilot workflows can cover part of the requirement while AI Pods delivers custom technology. One engagement can include both, with a product subscription and SLA for the respective parts.
Is the AI Diagnostic required before a build?
No. Discovery starts every engagement, including one with an existing brief. The AI Diagnostic and Business Efficiency Assessment are optional scoped analyses where further investigation is needed.
How is ongoing support arranged?
Operation and support continue under a service-level agreement. The scope, responsibilities and commercial arrangements are agreed alongside implementation.
