AI Diagnostic

A two-hour workshop with your team, a week of analysis on our side, and a presentation back with the document. Each department is placed on the Crawl, Walk, Run map, with a costed roadmap for its next stage.

01

Who It's For

The AI Diagnostic is most valuable in two scenarios.

The board has asked what the AI plan is.
There is pressure to act, AI is already in use in parts of the business, and no agreed view of which department should move first.
Pilots have started wherever there was enthusiasm.
Two or three teams are running their own experiments, nothing is measured, and no one can say what the next step is for the rest of the business.

In both cases the output is the same: every department placed on the map, and the next move for each one costed.

02

How It Works

  1. 1 Run the workshop. One two-hour session with a stakeholder from each relevant department, or an operations lead with visibility across all of them. We map what each department runs today and where AI is already in use.
  2. 2 Analyse the business. Over the following week we place each department on the Crawl, Walk, Run map, identify the processes with the clearest return, and cost the work that advances each department a stage.
  3. 3 Present it back. A presentation to your team, with the document that is presented: the map, the next move for each department, and a costed roadmap for implementation.
  4. 4 Decide what happens next. The roadmap is yours. You can act on it with your own people, with another provider, or with us. Nothing in it depends on Adaca.

You bring the people who know how each department runs. We bring the map, the analysis and the costing. The work on our side takes about a week.

How It Is Priced

The AI Diagnostic is a fixed fee: AUD 5,000 for one department, and more for each additional department in scope. Where a department is very large, the price may be adjusted. The fee covers the workshop, the analysis, the presentation and the document. The roadmap is yours to act on, with us or without us. How We Charge sets out every engagement model.

Common Questions

What is the AI Diagnostic?

An AI readiness assessment for your business. It places each department on the Crawl, Walk, Run map and gives you a costed roadmap for the next stage. One two-hour workshop, about a week of analysis, then a presentation and a document.

How much does the AI Diagnostic cost?

AUD 5,000 for one department, and more for each additional department in scope. Where a department is very large the price may be adjusted. The fee covers the workshop, the analysis, the presentation and the document.

Who needs to take part?

Ideally one stakeholder from each department in scope, or an operations lead with visibility across all of them. The workshop takes two hours.

What do we receive at the end?

A presentation to your team and the document it is presented from: each department's place on the map, its next move, and a costed roadmap for implementation.

Can we act on the roadmap without Adaca?

Yes. The roadmap is written so you can carry it out with your own people or with another provider. Nothing in it depends on engaging us.

What are Crawl, Walk and Run?

Three stages, taken in order. Crawl is the foundations: AI training across your teams, an enterprise licence with your chosen provider, and the policies that govern use. Walk is governance: initiatives and risks registered, controls scored, and a dated record that survives staff changes and audits. Run is agents built against the processes with the clearest return. The diagnostic places each department on one of the three.

Does a department that already uses AI start again?

No. Each department is placed where it is, so one with training and policy in place is not sent back to the foundations.

What happens after the presentation?

You decide. If you want us to carry out the roadmap, the next stage is scoped from it as a fixed cost for an initial outcome, with later phases moving to a monthly model once milestones are met.
