How We Work
Adaca was founded in Sydney in 2015 on a simple idea: the best engineers do not all live in the same city. So we built the firm in two halves that work as one: design and collaboration beside you in Australia and New Zealand, engineering scale in Manila, at a cost shape that makes ambitious work possible. How that runs day to day, who you will work with, and what happens in the first two weeks are all explained plainly.
