A dedicated software team that works only on your programme. We recruit it and manage it. You set the priorities.

Who It's For

This service is most valuable for two scenarios.

The programme has outgrown the team.: Hiring the people locally would take longer than the work allows.
Delivery already sits outside the building and is not working.: A systems integrator heavier than the programme needs, or contractors who rotate and take the context with them.

In both cases we assemble a team for the programme and keep the same people on it.

How It Works

1 Scope the team. We map the programme with you and agree the roles: the stack, and the mix of engineers, QA and designers the work needs.
2 Recruit the people. We recruit continuously across Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Manila, and engineers assess every candidate before anyone reaches you.
3 Run the delivery. A delivery lead runs the team day to day and sits in your standups. Engineers ship with Claude Code in the delivery flow.
4 Keep the team together. The team scales as the programme moves, and we handle retention so the same people stay on it.

You direct the priorities, the roadmap and the definition of done. We run the standups, the delivery flow and the staffing behind them. If someone is not working out, the 30-day replacement guarantee covers it.
