The AI Diagnostic
The AI Diagnostic is the engagement that starts Adaca's AI consulting: one two-hour workshop with a stakeholder from each relevant department, about a week of analysis, and a presentation back with the document it is presented from, in which each department is placed on the Crawl, Walk, Run map with the single next move named and a costed roadmap for implementation.

What it is for. Two situations: the board has asked what the AI plan is and there is no agreed view of which department moves first; or pilots have started wherever there was enthusiasm and nobody can say what the next step is for the rest of the business.
What it costs and who owns it. AUD 5,000 for one department, and more for each additional department in scope. The roadmap is yours to act on with your own people, another provider, or Adaca.
Common Questions
Is it an AI readiness assessment?
Yes, in the sense buyers use the phrase: it assesses where each department stands and what it needs next. The difference from a questionnaire is that it ends in a costed roadmap.
Is it the same as the free AI Journey assessment?
No. The self-serve assessment places the whole organisation on the map from your answers; the Diagnostic is a consulting engagement with your department leads.
