Portalink is a global B2B commerce automation company whose AnyOrder product delivers 100% accurate offline order automation for enterprise customers including Schneider Electric, Ecolab, and Saint-Gobain. Portalink needed a partner who could build their first offshore development team, scaling across the core AI platform and a new Shopify integration.

Starting with a single engineer, Adaca scaled to a full dedicated team working across two streams: the core AnyOrder AI platform and a new Shopify integration for B2B commerce.

Adaca successfully scaled the team from one to fifteen engineers while maintaining consistent quality. Portalink has deployed production AI applications serving enterprise customers globally and launched their Shopify product to market. The engagement has been running for over two years.
