Where are your developers based?
Our developers are based in the Philippines with oversight by our Australian management team. All developers are engaged as either full time employees or contractors, with our subsidiary in the Philippines managing all contracts with our team members.
Are your developers freelancers?
Our developers are not freelancers. Our developers are engaged on either a full time employment or contractual basis. Irrespective of the engagement methodology, our team members commit 40 hours per week, i.e. a full time basis.
